We're Hiring Our client, a mining contractor and hauling company with a site in Kutai Kartanegara, is currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

1. PJO 

Overseeing the overall mining operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and compliance with regulations.  Managing teams, optimizing resources, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve operational targets efficiently 

2. HSE Suptend/Dept Head 

HSE Leading and implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.  Developing safety strategies, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a strong safety culture 

3. HSE Spv/Auditor SMKP 

Recommend and oversee the corrective actions for SMKP audit follow-ups. Conduct SMKP Auditing. Ensure the proper implementation of SMKP and drive continuous improvement. 

4. Production Spv 

Overseeing daily coal mining operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and production targets are met.  Coordinating teams, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with operational standards 

5. Mine Plan and Production Engineer 

Developing short-term and long-term mining plans to optimize coal mining recovery Planning, optimizing, and monitoring coal mining operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations.  Analyzing production data, improving mining processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.

6. Senior Mechanic 

Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. 

7. Planner Maintenance Scheduling 

maintenance plans for heavy equipment and machinery to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime. Coordinating with maintenance teams, tracking equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and reliability standards. 

Qualification: 

• Minimum SMA/D3 (4,6,7) Bachelors degree in Mining, Geology, Environment or related major (1,2,3,5) 
• Holding POP Certification (3,4,5,6,7) Holding POM Certification or POU is an advantage (1,2) 
• Holding AK3 Umum certification (2,3) 
• Holding SMKP Auditor Certification (3) 
• Minimum 2 years experience at same position
