GENERAL OPERATION MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by setting sales goals for the team and ensuring their achievement, developing sales strategies by identifying potential and analyzing competitors and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage inventory and warehouse operations by ensuring high accuracy and effective stock management, efficient receiving and shipping processes, proper warehouse layout following 3R principles and maintaining security and asset preservation.
• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding company policies and Manage customer relationships. Provide customer and product support by leading a product support team to assist both internal and external customers, troubleshooting issues and resolving customer problems.
• Ensure operational efficiency and service quality while effectively managing budgets and resources.
• Develop innovative sales strategies to enhance competitiveness.
• Demonstrate strong leadership by fostering employee development, maintaining high integrity, and taking initiative in decision making and sales negotiations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles and responsibilities.
• Preferably experienced in heavy equipment, mining, and heavy industry ompanies.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment.
• Strong sales and marketing strategy capabilities.

SALES ENGINEER

Placement: Jakarta, Balikpapan. Palembang. Kendari. Tarakan. Makassar. Banjarmasin

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new prospects customer
• Sell company products or services to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Offer suitable solutions based on customer needs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Work closely with sales support and product support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct CTS (Component Tracking System) for sold undercarriages.
• Solve customer problems efficiently.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Qualification:
• Minimum of an Associate Degree (D3).
• Preferably experienced in heavy equipment, mining or heavy industry companies.
• At least 2 years experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong and extensive professional network.
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Email).
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

STAFF PRODUCT SUPPORT

Placement: Kendari, Muara Enim, Manado, Tanjung (Kalsel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain in depth knowledge of the product, have a broad understanding of it, stay updated on product developments and be able to solve complex problems.
• Provide technical support, handle customer complaints, offer solutions and assist customers in using the product correctly. Enhance customer satisfaction by collecting technical complaints for product improvement and building strong relationships with customers.
• Manage warranty processes effectively.
• Ensure that incoming and outgoing products from the warehouse are in good condition (Quality Control).
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customers receive the best support, working closely with the warehouse team to guarantee product quality before delivery.
• Manage the product performance database.
• Prepare monthly reports such as warranty reports, problem reports, CTS reports for projects, and project trial reports.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles and responsibilities.
• Preferably experienced in heavy equipment, mining and heavy industry companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales administration
• Provide excellent customer service
• Support the sales team in sales-related activities.
• Making sales report accuracy.
• Communicate with customers regarding their needs.
• Prepare price quotations, check and process customer purchase orders (PO)

Qualification:

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3)
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of sales administration
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Email)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses high integrity.
• Minimum 2 years experiences as sales support / sales administration.

WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

Placement: Kendari, Muara Enim, Manado, Tanjung (Kalsel), Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and optimize warehouse storage to ensure efficient space utilization and easy access to goods
• Maintain a safe and conducive working environment
• Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods to and from the warehouse, ensuring timely deliveries
• Ensure goods are properly arranged, stored, well-maintained, and stock discrepancies are minimized
• Ensure the availability of transportation and effective delivery arrangements
• Prepare periodic reports on shipment status, logistics costs, and supplier or shipping service  performance
• Manage inventory and warehouse operation by ensuring high accuracy and effective stock management.
