PORT ENGINEER (PORT-ENG)

(Banjarmasin)

Responsibilities

• Coordinates repair and maintenance functions furnished operating fleet to minimize loss of revenue and cost of repairs. Reviews repair request and compares request with previous work accomplished on ship concerned and similar vessels to determine that expenditures are economically sound.
• Prepares recommendations for work and initiates procurement of materials.
• Inspect machinery, equipment or spaces outlined in work request, draws up job specifications,
• and obtains bids from contractors or shipyards to perform repairs.
• Maintains contact with contractors or shipyards to perform repairs.
• Investigates machinery casualties to determine cause and advises ship’s officers in operation to
• prevent recurrence of casualty or maloperation.
• Maintains records of engineering cost for each vessel, such as repairs, supplies and personnel.
• Cooperates with regulatory bodies to ensure that requirements for alterations, repair, or modifications are kept at minimum cost consistent with safety.
• May represent ferry system interest in ferry and terminal construction and maintenance activities
• and in union contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Male, maximum age 45 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Naval Engineering/Marine Engineering or related studies
• Preferable have experiences as same position (Port Engineering) in Shipping minimum 5 years
• Having compliance certificate (BST, PSCRB, AFF and MEFA)
• Good Command in English both oral and written
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skill & able to work Underpressure
• Will be placed in Banjarmasin

TECHNICAL MANAGER (TECH-MGR)

(Head Office-Jakarta)

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance planning and scheduling with related departments
• Prepare and monitor needs of parts needed for weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance
• Monitor accomplishment of maintenance activities (monthly)
• Repair ship and do the maintenance
• Prepare and report ship docking and attend docking
• Monitor, evaluate and solve problem related with ship
• Monitor class certification and flag
• Apply all HSE principle in work
• Lead and coach subordinate regarding job function

Requirements

• Male, maximum age 45 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Naval Engineering/Marine Engineering or related studies and hold min ANT III
• Preferable have experiences as same position (Technical Manager) in Shipping minimum 5 years
• Having compliance certificate (BST, PSCRB, AFF and MEFA)
• Having good knowledge of bulk unloading and loading activities
• Good Command in English both oral and written
• Having good knowledge of marine contract administration and insurance claim
• Computer literate (MS Word and MS Excel)
• Have good attitude, honest and integrity
• Able to work collaboratively with others and use initiative in various situations

PROJECT MANAGER (PROJT-MGR)

(Head Office/Dadap)

Responsibilities

• Responsible to all over ship activity problem
• Create annual report
• Monitor regional operators, contractors, operational, and creawing regulation
• Make recommendation of training & development to subordinate in order to encance their performance & skill
• Develop system and regulation regard on continous business in shipping

Requirements

• Male, maximum age 45 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Naval Engineering/Marine Engineering or Maritim Studies
• Has experience at least 5 years as PM and management level
• Preferably from shipping company
• Has experience in shipping operation system
• Able to operate computer program (Ms. Office)
• Has knowledge of regional operators, contractors, operational and crewing regulation
• Has knowledge of operation/tug and barge safety
• Has good attitude, honest & integrity
• Able to work collaboratively with others and use initiative in various situations

SAFETY SUPERVISOR (SAFETY-SPV)

Responsibilities

• Investigasi insiden dan analisa
• Membuat budgeting HSE
• Laporan dan statistik K3LH, mengelola asset K3LH
• Membuat program kerja inspeksi dan observasi terencana
• Menyusun program pelatihan Safety
• Hazard Identification & Risk Assesment

Requirements

• Pria/Wanita, Maximal 35 Tahun
• Pendidikan Min D3 Pertambangan, Hiperkes
• Pengalaman kerja di bidang K3L minimal 3Tahun
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris minimal pasif
• Memiliki sertifikat POM
• Familiar dgn Peraturan & Perundang-undangan K3LH
• First Aid & Basic Life Support
• Mampu memimpin dan mengelola bawahan

MAINTENANCE PLANNER (MTC-PLAN)

• Membuat maintenance scheduling
• Membuat plan maintenance (Daily, Weekly, Montly)

Requirements

• Pria/Wanita, Usia 21-35 Tahun
• Pendidikan Min SMA, STM, D3 dan S1
• Pengalaman kerja di bidang Maintenance Planner minimal 3Tahun
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris minimal pasif
• Mampu mengoperasikan MS Office
• Mampu menghitung PA, MTBF, MTTR alat
• Perencanaan yang dibuat dapat memperkecil BUS
• Memahami prinsip K3LH

MEKANIK A2B (MECH-A2B)

Responsibilities

• Memahami fungsi dan mampu mengisi Job Schedule Sheet yang sesuai dgn pekerjaan mekanik
• Memahami dan mengerti cara membaca Shop Manual, Parts Book, Alat Berat
• Memahami struktur dan fungsi komponen alat berat
• Mampu dan terampil melakukan maintenance perbaikan, overhaul, troubleshooting alat berat
• Mampu dan terampil dlm menggunakan tools, special tools & workshop facilities
• Memahami procedure washing unit, procedure preventive maintenance, procedure periodical service, procedure periodic inspection, procedure inspection, procedure PAP, procedure PPM, procedure PPU

Requirements

• Pria, Max 35 Tahun
• Pendidikan Min SMA, STM
• Pengalaman kerja di bidang Mekanik A2B minimal 3Tahun
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris minimal pasif
